This Refund Policy applies to the Tabla app and website (hereby referred to as "Application") created by Pavel Remizov (hereby referred to as "Service Provider"). It explains how refunds are handled for subscriptions and one-time purchases made through the Application.


Purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play

If you purchased a subscription or any other product through the Apple App Store or Google Play, those purchases are processed and managed by Apple or Google, and refunds are subject to their respective policies. The Service Provider is not able to issue refunds directly for these purchases. To request a refund, please contact the relevant store:


Purchases through our website

If you purchased a subscription or product directly through our website, you may request a refund by contacting us at support@tabla.app within 14 days of the purchase. We review each request individually and, where a refund is granted, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that refunds may take several business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.


Free trials and subscription renewals

Some plans are offered with a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription will automatically renew and the applicable amount will be charged. To avoid being charged, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or current billing period ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play in your device's account settings. For subscriptions purchased through our website, please contact us at support@tabla.app to cancel.


How to request a refund

To request a refund or ask any question about billing, please contact the Service Provider at support@tabla.app. Include the email address associated with your purchase and, where available, the receipt or order number so that we can locate your transaction quickly.
